For the Healthcare Entrepreneurship Tour 2026, the POP team traveled from Phoenix to Miami to bring the event to life at The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach Miami.

The event brought together healthcare entrepreneurs and professionals for a day of conversations surrounding mental health, government contracts, and scaling strategies. Our clients wanted to create a space for attendees to connect, learn, and exchange ideas.

With the caliber of the venue and the audience in mind, our approach to the design was polished, professional, and intentional.

We wanted the setup to complement the programming while creating an environment that felt welcoming and elevated. From the room layout and seating to the visual details throughout the space, each element was considered with the attendee experience in mind.

Bringing an event to a new city comes with its own set of moving pieces. From traveling with the team and coordinating local vendors to getting event items to the venue and putting the final touches in place, every detail mattered.

Once everything was set, it was time to welcome attendees and let the experience come together.
