It was truly so cool to be able to work with one of the most notorious luxury car brands in the industry – Porsche! We were thrilled to get to bring their brand new Arrowhead dealership grand opening party to life in the winter of 2025 and are so excited to share the details!

Our clients were expecting upwards of 500 guests to the dealership and they wanted to create an elegant evening event that encompassed a formal ribbon cutting ceremony as well as a relaxed celebratory event with mingling, dancing, and lots of fun installations. The theme for the evening was “Heritage and Horsepower” which celebrates the company’s iconic legacy (“heritage”) with the vehicles’ powerful performance (“horsepower”).

For decor, we combined a 60’s and 70’s vibe as well as a modern, “Four Seasons” look to the various spaces. What was unique about this event was having a totally different experience and feel in every room. Once guests walked into the dealership entrance, they were greeted with music performed by a string quartet, a champagne greeter, and an open bar.

In another event space, we had a jazz band playing with coffee and desserts offered to guests from an adorable European coffee cart. The upstairs area was more laid back with a bar and an artist live painting a vintage Porsche.

The main event space of the evening was the dealership’s service department room where mechanics are usually physically working on cars – but we got to transform it completely into an elegant, fun, and bumping room filled with gorgeous decor, a live band performance, 70’s go-go dancers, a custom branded speakeasy and a full bar. The transformation was incredible and we know the guests thought so too!

Being able to plan a huge event like this for such a prestigious brand like Porsche was a true honor and a testament to how our Parties on Purpose team has grown as a company. Our clients mentioned they sent over the photo and video footage of the event straight to their headquarters in Germany as an example of a well-planned grand opening for future dealership events. We are so thankful that we get to take care of our clients well and plan corporate events at this level!
