It was so lovely getting to plan a grand opening & ribbon cutting event for Moses Lake Industries who recently expanded into Arizona!

Their beautiful new warehouse in Mesa was the venue for this event. We brought in a beautiful and grand balloon arch and custom signage to highlight the entrance – also of which would be the backdrop for their ribbon cutting ceremony. We had a custom blue carpet and ribbon made with the company logo which really personalized the experience for all in attendance! Blue rope and stanchions also lined the entrance, giving the area a very “VIP” feel.

The final piece of decor out in front of the building was a beautiful marquee display with balloons! The perfect photo op for the occasion!

As guests entered into the facility, they were greeted with welcome bags that included the best goodies – a custom tumbler, adorable cactus cookies, a notebook, and pen. These were the highest quality swag bags – we just loved them!

Making their way to the main event, guests helped themselves to the most delicious brunch spread with colorful fruit, mouth watering parfaits, assorted pastries, mimosas, and more! How beautiful does it all look?! We also had a branded step-and-repeat with balloons where employees and special guests could snap a photo.

We transformed a huge section of their warehouse into the most beautiful spot for their main presentation they had prepared. To close in a large space and make it feel more intimate and intentional, we lined the area with velvet pipe and drape. We also brought in a stage and large screens for the ultimate viewing experience. Banquet tables were garnished with blue linens and stunning floral arrangements to match their company colors! We also added in some organic balloon columns throughout the room with logo balloons to make the space feel even more festive.
