We were so happy when one of our cherished clients reached out to us again to plan their son’s 5th birthday party. Even better? They were going with a surf theme and we knew we could make it absolutely EPIC!

This party was filled with custom finishes, branded details, and so many adorable decor moments and interactive elements. We transported guests from a backyard in sunny Scottsdale, AZ to a beach somewhere on a tropical island! When guests arrived, they were greeted by a classic VW bus that matched the event colors perfectly. As they made their way through the backyard, marquee letters spelling out “LONDON” were displayed over the sprawling pool.

As guests continued on to the party, a custom surf board sign vignette pointed them toward all of the amazing installations and interactive entertainment there was to offer.

The main backdrop had the most adorable beach props, and of course, the birthday boy’s face on it! Balloon garlands with net accents made for the best touch to make it feel super beachy.

At the kids table, you could find bright florals with custom branded floral picks. Each kid’s table setting had “shaka” place mats and cups with custom stickers and stirring sticks with London on them. The chairs were rattan to give it that laid-back vibe. It was too cute!

Delicious beach inspired tacos and fun fruity drinks were served out of a custom vignette “beach cafe” window. What a fun way to grab a bite to eat!

On display at the surf shop, guests could pick out a branded beach tote bag filled with goodies ranging from squirt guns, plush beach balls, puka shell necklaces, branded water bottles, and stickers with London on them! Each guest also got to take home their very own t-shirt to remember this special celebration.

Fun for the kids included necklace making, glitter tattoos, balloon twisting, and a waterslide! There was so much to do.

Desserts were a definite vibe… guests could feast both their eyes and their stomachs on the beautiful cake, perfect sugar cookies, and gourmet snow cones that were offered at the party!

All in all, this event was such a success! It will forever go down as one of our all-time favorites to be a part of. Happy Birthday, London!!!
