Today we are sharing this super fun event we planned for Flow Distro, a cannabis distributor here in Arizona. We had the pleasure of planning their holiday party last year and were so excited to plan this epic event to celebrate 4/20.

The W Hotel’s wet deck was the perfect venue for this party! From the amazing evening views to the outstanding entertainment, this was a party no one wanted to end! Our clients wanted the party to feel like a carnival, with the theme being “The Greatest Party on Earth”. We had so much fun incorporating subtle details in the event, starting with a carnival themed balloon arch for the entrance!

Everyone enjoyed multiple entertainers, music, a 360 photo booth and more! One of the popular events of the evening was the caricature drawings – such a fun way to incorporate the carnival theme.

Giant marquee lights lit up the party to represent each distributor. Marquee lights are a great way to personalize any event and they make a great photo op!

Guests were served delicious food and drinks throughout the evening. Guests felt like kids again once the cotton candy was brought out!

This was such a fun event to be part of! Thanks to all the vendors that were part of this amazing party!
