Today we are sharing a fun party celebrating our client’s 30th birthday at Manor Retreats in Scottsdale, Arizona. Our client had just gotten drafted by the Seattle Seahawks so his wife wanted to incorporate a Seahawks theme into the event.

We loved designing the dinner table for their guests. The green and navy tablescape included gorgeous fresh florals, custom Seahawks themed floral pics, and dinnerware to match. As planners, we know that every detail matters! We love bringing these personalized touches to our events. Guests enjoyed a meal provided and served by a team of private chefs.

Adding custom details takes our events to the next level. Edible garnishes are a nice way to wow your guests! For the bar, we had garnishes in the welcome drinks that read “Happy Birthday Gabe”, 2 signature cocktails and alcohol infused snow cones.

When our client requested a VIP cabana for the backyard party, we were excited to take on the challenge! This was a custom built design and made the perfect hang out spot for the beautiful couple.

This custom arch backdrop made the perfect addition to the decor for this party! To complete the look, we added uplighting to showcase the gorgeous cake.
