We can’t wait to share this party with you! Braylon wanted a western party for his 5th birthday party and I think we definitely delivered! From the decor installations to the activities and food, everything came together so perfectly.

The star of the event was the main photo backdrop! We designed it custom to look like a western town with storefronts and a saloon. Favor cowboy hats hung on one of the panels for people to grab and wear around the party! The kids table was decked out with adorable plates, placemats, napkins, custom signs, country florals, and fun cowboy boot cups.

There was also plenty of seating for the other guests and adults! We loved the little animal hyde print table runners and rope accents around the centerpieces.

One of our favorite elements from this party was the giant marquee light wall that said “YEEHAW!” The organic balloon garland with foamcore cowboy accents really made this area pop! The slime station, tattoo station, and bar also had adorable on-theme accents which made the room look very cohesive and festive.

How fun is this mechanical bull? We loved watching both the kids and the adults give it a whirl!

Believe it or not, there was actually EVEN MORE going on in the outside space of the venue! Guests were greeted to the space with an epic balloon entry and could grab tons of merch options off of the sweet little merch truck. From custom t-shirts to bandanas and hats, everyone was able to match the party in style.

We also had a petting zoo, pony rides, and gourmet shave ice as a sweet treat!

We can’t forget to highlight the food at this party! Southern food was on the menu accompanied by the most adorable sweet treats for the celebration.

We truly loved planning this for Braylon and his family and friends. Watching everyone get down on the dance floor line dancing to country music was a highlight – we love creating unforgettable experiences for our clients!! 🙂
