Caterpillar Inc contacted us to help design and coordinate their grand opening event for their offices here in Phoenix! We absolutely loved being a part of this event and all it entailed.

For starters, their event space was stunning on a rooftop overlooking the iconic Camelback Mountain. With an already amazing looking outdoor space – we knew all we had to do was bring in gorgeous details and custom accents to enhance their celebration and take it to the next level.

The event took place right at sunset, which made for amazing views and photo ops galore for the guests. We added in bistro lighting over the turf area to give the space a lively feel. Guests mingled in the main event space at black wood cocktail tables adorned with rattan barstools and stunning white florals with pops of that iconic Caterpillar yellow!

A custom Caterpillar step and repeat backdrop with black and white balloons was the perfect place to strike a pose!

We also brought in “CAT” marquee letters with balloons which looked so amazing against the mountain backdrop.

The venue’s existing lounge furniture was already brand new and modern, so we added custom branded pillows to each of the groupings and fresh florals to add beauty!

We loved all of the custom elements we were able to add to make the celebration that much more special. Branded acrylic bar & food signs displayed the delicious light bites, desserts, and beverages that were served. We also incorporated custom branded floral picks and stir sticks so Caterpillar was at the forefront of everyone’s minds!
