We love all of the amazing celebrations that we get to be a part of come the end of the year! We were lucky enough to assist Nirvana in planning their end of year party at Corona Ranch to treat their employees. They chose a “Cowboys & Aliens” themed event which was so much fun to execute! Even through unexpected rain and last minute changes, the party was simply amazing.

With a 500+ guest list and a huge venue, there was lots of planning that went into filling the space and creating impactful moments!

We loved this large production stage with a DJ that played music throughout the night. Once the party got started, there were musical performers and raffle announcements held at the stage.

Nirvana brought in sponsorship booths for their partners in the industry which served as a fun interactive element of the event. Guests were given stamp cards to visit each booth and were entered to win amazing raffle prizes.

To add to the fun of the evening, there were food trucks stationed outside, massage sessions, face painting, and henna tattoos. We loved seeing everyone’s themed costumes and their alien face painting to match! Glowing arcade games and virtual reality booths were also brought in for additional entertainment.

This event was such a labor of love and we are so proud of how it turned out. It was such a pleasure getting to work with Nirvana and all of their amazing and sweet staff members. Cheers to 2022!
