It was such an honor to be a part of throwing an 80th birthday dinner party for our client’s father! Here at Parties on Purpose, we believe all life events are worth celebrating. Especially when you are turning 80 years old! We had to make this a dinner party that Shawhawk will never forget.

It was evident how much our client loves her dad and how much she wanted to celebrate this huge milestone with him! She and her family came together to surprise Shawhawk and we were able to bring in many elements for an elegant dinner party in a beautiful backyard in sunny Scottsdale.

We brought in large marquee numbers and of course added balloons to make for the perfect glowing photo backdrop. Dining tables were lined with assorted goblets, bright florals, and golden Persian accents.

Family and friends surrounded the party and we even had activities like painting, bubbles, and balloon artists to keep the kids happy.

The desserts were unforgettable! We had a custom gold-foiled cake made along with gold-dipped macarons. These along with other assorted dessert bites were a hit of the party!

What’s a celebration without music? Birthday boy, Shawhawk, was in his element dancing the night away. All of his sweet guests sang him “Happy Birthday” as he got to blow out his sparkler candles.
